Evening of Flash. Held at St James' Wine Vaults, Bath on 30 September 2023.The evening was organised by Jude Higgins. I read my flash Another Chance from my collection Finding a Way.

Radio Bristol. I was every excited to be asked to appear on BBC upload in July 2023. I read three stories live (Under Water, All Wrong and Pushed Around )and was then interviewed by DJ Elliot Darby about flash. I have appeared on the show before, but this was my first time reading live. You can listen here

Flash Fiction Festival, 2023. A fabulous annual event held in Bristol, UK. I read my prize-winning flash Cabbage Pie. I was on a panel with Jude Higgins and Karen Jones about submitting to magazines.

Launch of Flash Fiction Festival Five. March 2023. This event was held in conjunction with the launch of the latest Bath Flash Fiction anthology. I introduced the readers for the festival anthology and read my flash They Wouldn't Believe.

Flash Fiction Festival 2022. This event took place at Trinity College, Bristol on 8th to 10th July. I read my flash Pushed Around from the 2022 NFFD anthology and took part in a panel on writing historical novellas-in-flash.

Flash in Hand. I very much enjoyed reading at Flash in Hand in Bristol on 22 January 2020.

Launch of An Inheritance. My flash fiction novella An Inheritance took place on Saturday 29 February 2010. An online launch took place on Monday 2 March. 

Flash in Hand, Nov 2019.This well-attended event took place at Alchemy 198 in Bristol and was organised by Grace Palmer and Kevlin Henney.  I read A Long Way Away and That Kind of Face.  

Celebration of Flash Fiction and Bath Launch of All That Is Between Us by KM Elkes, 28 September 2019. I read my stories, Silenced, A Long Way Away and That Kind of Face. Other readers included Jude Huggins, John wheway, Alison Woodhouse, Grace Palmer, Tino Prinzi and Carrie Etter.

Talking Tales Flash Extravaganza, 20 August 2019. I read my story Silenced. Other readers included Jude Huggins, John wheway, Christopher Fielden and Mark Rutterford. The evening was hosted by Stokes Croft Writers in Bristol.

National Flash Fiction Day, June 2019. At the launch of the anthology And We Pass Through, I read my story Odette.

Bath Book Group, June 2019.  I visited a local book group on Monday 24 June to talk about Finding a Way  and flash in general. I read stories from my book and also flashes by Santino Prinzi and Thomas Malloch.

Novel Nights, May 2019. I read my story Another Chance at Novel Nights in Bristol on Wednesday 29 May. Michael Loveday talked about how to write novella-in-flashes and Nicolas Ridley, Deborah Tomkins, Jen Gray and Chloe Banks.   

Flash in Hand, May 2019.This event took place at Alchemy 198 in Bristol and was organised by Grace Palmer and Kevlin Henney. Other writers there included Jude Higgins and John Wheyway.  I read Over It and an old favourite of mine, Launch Pad.   

Bath Book Group, April 2019. I visited a local book group and  talked about flash fiction and about Finding a Way. I read stories from the book and also stories by other flash fiction writers.  

Launch of my collection Finding a Way, 9 February 2019. The launch took place at St James Wine Vaults in Bath. Tino Prinzi and Jude Huggins also read. I read Over It, Another Chance and A Prize-Giving.  

Launch of the BFFA anthology Things Left and Found by the Side of the Road, January 2019.The launch took place t St James Wine Vaults in Bath. I read my story Just Perfect. 

Launch of This is (Not About) David Bowie by Freya Morris, November 2018.  I read Freya’s story Ground Zero at Waterstones in Bristol. Freya and Jeanette Sheppard also read from Freya’s book.

National Flash Fiction Day Launch 2018, June 2018. The evening was held at Bedminster library, Bristol. I read Picnic in the Park  Also reading were Alison Powell, Calum Kerr, FJ Morris, Gemma Govier, Sal Page, Grace Palmer, Ingrid Jendrzejewski, Jude Higgins, Judy Darley, K M Elkes, Kevlin Henney and Santino Prinzi.

Launch of BFFA anthology The Lobsters Run Free, February 2018 at Beaufort Bookshop, Bath. I read alongside the following short and longlisted writers from the anthology: Ingrid Jendrzejewski, Santio Prinzi, K M Elkes, Alison Powell and Clare Weze.

Worcs Lit Fest Anthology Launch, November 2017.  I read my three stories from the anthology Wired.

National Flash Fiction Day Anthology Launch, June 2017. The event was held at the Flash Fiction Festival in Bath.  I read my story Dancing Partners. Others reading that evening were: Calum Kerr, Kevlin Henney, Stephanie Hutton, Rupert Dastur, Erica Plouffe Lazure, Helen Rye and Santino Prinzi.

Dots and Other Flashes of Perception Book Launch, November 2016.  I read at the launch of Tino Prinzi’s debut book, alongside Tino, Calum Kerr and Jude Higgins.

Launch of Bath Short Story Award anthology, November 2016. Held at Mr B’s bookshop, Bath. I was proud to read an extract of the Sara Collins’s prize winning story.
